The Caldas Taverns opened their doors late Friday afternoon and will run until August 17th at Expoeste. The event, which has been running for over three decades, this year brings together 15 taverns serving a variety of typical dishes, some featuring regional produce, snacks, and traditional sweets, along with six bars. In addition to the gastronomic offerings, the event also features around 40 exhibitors dedicated to local crafts and live music. On this first day, the delegation, comprised of mayors and representatives of official entities, visited all the taverns and exhibitors on the premises. The Mayor, Vítor Marques, invited everyone to visit the taverns and socialize, highlighting that the purpose of the event is to "strengthen the associations, which are so important and which, day after day, make a unique contribution to the activities of our municipality."
