23 Milhas, a cultural project from the municipality of Ílhavo, announced its programme for the third quarter of 2025, with highlights including the concert by Luísa Sobral to celebrate the anniversary of the Municipal Library of Ílhavo, the show «As Dicas da Xeli», by Michelle Rita, the return of João Baião with «Baião d'Oxigénio» and the play «I saw Ayrton Senna die in my brother's eyes», by Bruno dos Reis.

The quarter kicks off with the Cais à Noite cycle. Pluto (July 19), Margarida Campelo (August 1), Da Chick (September 7), Diana Vilarinho (September 14) and the show "Before the rain blows the wind" (September 21), by Fernando Mota, will be passing through the Cais Criativo da Costa Nova.

On the 25th and 26th of July, the Casa da Cultura de Ílhavo will host a double dose of «Baião d'Oxigénio», by João Baião, a show that is part of the Cabelos Brancos Festival programme, which will take place on the same days. On the 2nd of August, Michelle Rita will bring «As Dicas da Xeli» to the Fábrica das Ideias da Gafanha da Nazaré, a show that will materialise on stage an online section in which the author tells personal stories with humour and sarcasm.

At the beginning of September, on the 5th, Silvana Ivaldi will present «Ícona», a performance that is the third and final moment of a project that starts from the free appropriation of the universe of the “Divine Comedy”, by Dante Alighieri. On the 12th, the Casa da Cultura de Ílhavo will host the concert «Divertimentos à volta de Maria de Lourdes Martins», by Inês Filipe with the Orquestra Filarmonia das Beiras, in the context of a project in which the pianist from Ílhavo proposes to play works by Portuguese composers. The musical direction will be in the hands of the conductor and composer Luís Carvalho.

The following day, the Ílhavo Municipal Library will celebrate its 20th anniversary at the Ílhavo Cultural Center with a concert by Luísa Sobral, a singer-songwriter who has just released the book “Not all trees die standing” and who will be presenting her latest album, “DanSando”. The quarter ends with two dates of the show “I saw Ayrton Senna die in my brother’s eyes”, by Bruno dos Reis from Aveiro, former artistic director of GrETUA – Experimental Theatre Group of the University of Aveiro and now at the Teatro Oficina de Guimarães. The performances will be performed by the Orquestra Filarmonia das Beiras.

During the quarter, several activities will also take place at Planteia, including an ecological soap workshop with Filipa Monteiro (July 19), an observatory of clouds and other flying creatures (July 20), a workshop on seeds and other treasures (September 14) and an illustration workshop with Cláudia Ribau (September 20).
