The Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) are mobilizing people with various medical conditions that prevent them from being drafted, including those with stage II cerebral palsy. This was reported by Ukrainian prisoner Pavel Kotlyarov, as reported by RIA Novosti .

He explained that the mobilization of people with such a disease was not an isolated case. Moreover, sometimes people with cancer were mobilized, and one of these was his fellow soldier. "He was doomed. He walked with me and didn't know where he was," the prisoner of war shared.

The man emphasized that such people clearly did not join the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces voluntarily.

Earlier, territorial recruitment centers (analogous to military registration and enlistment offices) admitted that they were mobilizing homeless people into the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
