Ministry of Finance: Residents of Kursk Region Will Be Able to Take Out a Preferential Mortgage at 2%

Residents of Kursk Oblast whose housing was deemed uninhabitable after the shelling will be able to take out a preferential mortgage at two percent in new regions. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance.
The program will be in effect until December 31, 2026. It will apply to owners of houses that are uninhabitable, lost or damaged as a result of attacks, as well as residents of settlements in the Kursk region that are or have been subjected to shelling.
