In Bashkiria, security forces detained a 17-year-old local resident for collecting information about the Ryazan oil refinery . This was reported by RIA Novosti .
Investigators opened a criminal case against the detainee under several articles, including Article 275 of the Russian Criminal Code (“High Treason”).
During interrogation, the teenager said that his father was mobilized in 2022 and is now in the hospital.
