Shmyhal: Government makes decisions needed to sign agreement between Ukraine and the US

The Ukrainian government has made a decision that opens the way to signing an agreement with the United States on the development of mineral resources, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced.

“Today, the government is making decisions necessary to sign an agreement between Ukraine and the United States on the creation of an investment recovery fund,” he wrote on his Telegram channel.
