More than 50 flights delayed at St. Petersburg's Pulkovo airport due to restrictions

More than 50 flights are delayed at St. Petersburg's Pulkovo Airport, the airport's official Telegram channel reported.
They recalled that the airport had virtually ceased operations (with several openings) at 23:15 on Friday, July 4. Against this backdrop, airlines are making schedule adjustments, and service personnel and ground services are working in an enhanced mode.
"Airlines are making forced schedule adjustments. More than 50 flights have been delayed at the moment. Representatives of airlines and the airport are working with passengers. Water and food are provided during the waiting period," the Pulkovo airport said in a statement.
It should be noted that Rosaviatsiya warned about the second overnight introduction of restrictions at Pulkovo Airport at 02:49. So far, the airport has not resumed receiving and sending aircraft.
Also, from 02:55, for safety reasons, restrictions were introduced on flights at the Saratov airport, and from 04:16 – at the Ulyanovsk air hub.
