The Family Doctor Clinic Network Plans to Open a Sanatorium in Moscow

As reported to Vademecum by the Family Doctor, the lease agreement has already been signed. The volume of investment in the project is not disclosed. According to experts, the lease of such premises can reach 1 billion rubles per year, and 1.5 billion rubles may be required to renovate the occupied areas.

The format of the institution assumes "a full sanatorium infrastructure, combined with an outpatient and polyclinic complex." Patients of the health resort will be able to receive services in the areas of "women's and men's health," "dentistry," "back health and orthobalance," "weight management," "pediatrics," "mental health," and "cosmetology." In addition to the building with rooms, the sanatorium will have a hydrotherapy and balneology department, as well as thermal baths, swimming pools, a spa, a fitness center, and relaxation areas.

The Family Doctor noted that “the creation of a new network center in the concept of a city sanatorium could be a logical continuation of the trend and a response to Muscovites’ demand for the development of resort spaces in the city.”

All clinics of the Family Doctor network are located in Moscow. The company's assets include a multidisciplinary clinical hospital center, outpatient clinics, as well as ophthalmology and eye surgery centers, cosmetology and plastic surgery, women's health, preventive medicine, children's and dental centers. In the Vademecum rating of "TOP200 private multidisciplinary clinics in Russia" based on the results of 2024, the network ranks 10th with revenue of 7.8 billion rubles (+22% year-on-year).
