It is reported that approximately 360 million people will die directly from the explosions. And the rest will die of starvation due to the release of more than 165 million tons of soot into the atmosphere, which will cause a nuclear winter.

Only New Zealand and Australia can maintain agriculture and survival chances due to their remoteness from nuclear powers. In addition, ocean currents and winds will protect these countries from radiation.
