5 Best Toaster Ovens That Can Do It All
The Toaster Pro
Pros
  • The best looking toaster oven there is
  • Unique steaming function for sensational toast
  • Quiet with pleasing sounds
Cons
  • Expensive
  • No tray or accessories included

If you want something truly gorgeous, you can always bet on Balmuda to deliver. The Toaster Pro is a refinement of the brand's already excellent Toaster and an absolutely stunning piece in either off-white or black. The quiet ticks and refined dings match the upscale, yet laid-back aesthetic of its ceramic and tempered glass exterior. The Pro is once again equipped with the trademark steam technology from the original toaster. With just a few milliliters of water, you can transform standard bread into golden toast, perfectly crisp on the outside while still fluffy and warm inside.

While technically marketed as a toaster, the Balmuda Toaster Pro has all the capabilities of a toaster oven. In addition to toast, oven, and broil modes, the Toaster Pro also has specific settings for heating up croissants and reheating pizza slices. It's broil has been revamped and deemed Salamander mode after the There aren't any overwhelming amount of settings, but that makes sense, since the whole reason Balmuda designed this nearly $400 machine was to make the best slice of toast possible. On that front, it delivers. On some others, it's asking a lot.

For example, the only "accessory" you get with the nearly $400 package is a plastic cup for measuring water. Even though the emphasis isn't on the oven part, for the price, a tray would have been nice.
