EGO bus bursts into flames in Ankara

A fire that broke out on an EGO bus in Ankara's Pursaklar district caused panic. Security camera footage captured the moment the fire broke out, and the bus was quickly engulfed in flames. While there were no casualties, the bus was rendered unusable.

According to reports, smoke began rising from the engine compartment of an EGO bus while it was traveling in Pursaklar. The driver, noticing the smoke, quickly stopped the bus and evacuated the passengers. After the passengers were safely removed from the vehicle, the driver extinguished the flames with a fire extinguisher.

However, the flames quickly spread, engulfing the entire bus. Firefighters were dispatched to the scene after receiving a call, brought the blaze under control, and extinguished it. The bus was completely destroyed, rendering it unusable.

An investigation into the incident has been launched.
