Emergency areas have been determined

The CHP , which will hold its 39th Ordinary Congress on November 28-29-30, has also reached the end of its Party Program work.

It was noted that the party program, in which CHP members stated that "it will produce solutions to Turkey's fundamental problems," also formed the basis for the Government Program.

CHP members stated that the government program, which will also serve as a guide for the presidential election campaign, will prioritize justice , education , and healthcare . CHP sources stated that all information and policy documents prepared for the party program will be a natural part of the government program, describing the program as "simple, concise, and clear enough to leave no room for doubt."

THOSE WAITING FOR AN URGENT SOLUTION

The CHP's government program, expected to be released to the public along with the party program before the 39th Ordinary Congress , will include proposed solutions to problems in key areas. The CHP will prioritize education, healthcare, and justice as areas in urgent need of improvement in the government program.

EDUCATION

According to information obtained from CHP sources, the most urgent issues in education are curriculum, employment, and budget. In this context, the CHP will end the practice of paid teaching, which leads to discrimination in education employment and perpetuates exploitation. It was reported that the problems of teachers awaiting appointment will be prioritized, the curriculum will be revised according to scientific criteria, and school budgets will be strengthened.

HEALTH

The CHP's government program will also dedicate a significant portion to healthcare. Contracts for city hospitals built through the public-private partnership (PPP) model will be reviewed. The financial burden of the PPP model on the healthcare system will be monitored. CHP staff will also focus on the MHRS and the appointment system. In addition to technical and administrative regulations to increase appointment access, a plan based on capacity analysis will be implemented.

Family medicine and primary care, considered the most important pillars of the healthcare system, will be strengthened. Primary care spending will be increased to reduce hospital congestion.

JUSTICE

The government program will also highlight "urgently necessary actions" under the heading of justice. A change in the structure of the HSK, focusing on merit, oversight, and independence, will be envisioned. The HSK's structure will be restructured. The detention regime and freedom of expression practices will also occupy a prominent place in the CHP's government program. Circulars and implementation audits will be drafted to ensure the meticulous implementation of provisions that allow for exceptions to detention. Proposals for establishing freedom of expression will also be included in the government program.
