UKOME announced its decision for Martı TAG!

At a meeting of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Transportation Coordination Center ( UKOME ), Martı Tag and Zuppin's electronic transportation management license applications were rejected on the grounds of illegal transportation. The meeting was held at the Disaster Coordination Center (AKOM) in Eyüpsultan, chaired by IMM Secretary General Pelin Alpkökin.
At the meeting, upon the proposal to evaluate the electronic transportation management license applications, applications for Zuppin Globus Tourism Transportation Organization and Information Inc.'s tourism passenger transportation license and Martı İleri Teknoloji Inc.'s MartıTag license were brought to the agenda.
UNANIMOUSLY CANCELLED!The existing Electronic Transportation Management License application was unanimously cancelled on the grounds that the vehicles in the ZUPPİN XL application were illegally carrying out tourism passenger transportation activities through the mobile application, contrary to the legislation and other than its intended purpose.
Martı Tag's request for an Electronic Transportation Management License was unanimously rejected due to the application allowing unauthorized transportation.
IMM Public Transportation Director Osman Kılıçaslan noted that companies can re-apply for a license if the conditions are met.
On the other hand, in another item on the agenda, the proposal to issue Istanbul cards to personnel working at the National Palaces Administration within the scope of the IMM Personnel Card was unanimously accepted.
