These are the most water-resistant cell phones that have come onto the market in 2025.

Water resistance is something many people value among their ideal cell phone specifications, as this provides a measure of security for both daily and long-term use.
Manufacturing companies know this, and they have focused their efforts on making cell phones increasingly resistant not only to water, but also to all types of impacts.
Three models have been launched this year that promise to be at the forefront of water protection: the Oppo Reno13 5G, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and the Vivo T4R 5G.
The technology-focused website Enter.co analyzed each model and tested its technical features (camera, speed, fluidity, loading time), design, and liquid resistance.

The Reno13 is slim, light, and attractive, with a high-resolution AMOLED display and a 120Hz refresh rate. It feels comfortable in the hand, and its curved body gives it a sophisticated touch. "It's a device designed for those who value aesthetics as much as functionality," the website highlights.
A new feature of this phone is its vibration-based water ejection system. If the device detects moisture in its speakers, it emits a sequence of frequencies that help eliminate liquid trapped in the holes, which is especially useful after a fall into water.

The South Korean brand is going all out this year with its new Galaxy S25 Ultra, offering an IP68 rating, allowing it to be used safely in the rain or if it falls into fresh water for a short period, according to Enter.co. Although it doesn't reach IP69 protection, its design is solid and reliable.
Regarding other specifications, this model incorporates the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, one of the most powerful versions for this year.
Added to this are improvements to the camera, with high-precision sensors that keep Samsung among the leaders in mobile photography. It also promises up to seven years of software updates.

This model, recently introduced as an affordable option on the market, includes IP68 certification and even military standard MIL-STD-810H, making it ideal for those looking for durability without spending too much.
It has a 5,700-milliamp battery, a large AMOLED display, and a mid-range MediaTek processor. " It doesn't compete with the Galaxy in terms of power or the Oppo in terms of camera, but it offers 4K recording, decent selfies , and a robust design, designed for practical users," Enter.co stated.
