EcoFlow WAVE 3: the new generation portable air conditioner

EcoFlow, a leading company in the field of portable and eco-friendly energy solutions, today introduced its latest innovation: the WAVE 3 portable air conditioner. This third-generation device offers comfort and convenience to outdoor enthusiasts during the summer season, whether at the beach, camping or during a barbecue in the backyard.

The WAVE 3 represents a significant evolution over its predecessors, integrating updates aimed at improving the experience of RV travel, camping and outdoor activities in general. While maintaining the distinctive elements of EcoFlow products, such as reliability, convenience and portability, the WAVE 3 introduces a long-lasting battery and intelligent control for greater ease of use .

The product of two years of user feedback, the WAVE 3 introduces a number of significant improvements and intelligent new features:

Cordless Portability : Powered by a built-in battery, the WAVE 3 requires no setup and offers cordless portability. It’s ready to go wherever you need it, whether you’re on an outdoor adventure or in a place without a power grid. The 1024Wh LFP battery provides up to eight hours of cooling in Eco mode . Plus, with a 4000-cycle lifespan , it holds eighty percent of its capacity for years of reliable performance , making it a reliable solution for full-time adventurers and as a backup power source.

Effective heating and cooling : In spaces between 9 and 16 square meters, the WAVE 3 can lower the temperature by 8°C in just 15 minutes thanks to its cooling power of 6100 BTU. Its heating power of 6800 BTU can instead raise the temperature by 9°C .

Smart Climate Experience: The WAVE 3 goes beyond power. It is designed for intelligent and effortless climate control. Auto mode seamlessly switches between heating and cooling based on the ambient temperature. Dehumidification mode keeps indoor spaces dry, preventing moisture buildup in RVs and small cabins . The dedicated app also introduces Pet Care mode, which automatically activates cooling if the temperature inside the car exceeds 25°C, simultaneously sending an alert to the user.

Eco-friendly efficiency and freedom from the grid: The WAVE 3 can be fully charged in just 75 minutes and supports multiple charging options, including AC power, solar, car charging and charging via the EcoFlow alternator charger . The device uses R290 refrigerant, replacing the traditional R32, ensuring greater efficiency and reduced CO2 emissions.

The WAVE 3 is available at a price of €899, with the additional WAVE 3 battery offered at €699 . The WAVE 3 + additional battery package costs €1,499.
