The Spanish government, led by Pedro Sánchez, has once again launched the Verano Joven campaign, allowing people between the ages of 18 and 30 to benefit from substantial discounts on both buses and trains and visit other parts of Spain (and Europe thanks to Interrail) for a very low price. This means that from the city of Madrid , you can explore countless destinations during the summer months, and you can even visit several for less than five euros.

With the campaign promoted by the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, young people will be able to enjoy a 90% discount on medium-distance and narrow-gauge train tickets, as well as on buses, while paying half price for long-distance, high-speed, and Interrail lines. With these discounts, from the Spanish capital, it's possible to travel to incredible destinations across Spain for very little money, from exciting cities to beach resorts.

What better time than summer to visit Benidorm? One of Spain's major tourist centers is filled every summer with both domestic and international tourists who want to swim in the Mediterranean waters while enjoying its vibrant atmosphere. During the Verano Joven program, you can purchase an ALSA ticket from Madrid's Estación Sur (Méndez Álvaro Station) that reaches the coastal city in just over five hours.

Granada is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful cities in all of Spain, and if you're not afraid of high temperatures, the summer weeks are perfect for visiting the Nasrid city.
