Bead 40 plus on the podium!

Representatives of the Przemyśl Dance Group Koralik, operating at the Cultural Center in Przemyśl, and specifically the ladies forming the 40 plus group, once again celebrated triumphs. This time, their performance was particularly appreciated by the jurors of the National Fun & Dance Festival, which took place on the second Saturday and Sunday of June in Katowice. The event addressed to dancers of all ages was combined with numerous additional attractions and competitions.

The two-day event was divided into several categories: formations, mini-formations, solos and duets, and additionally into different levels of advancement. On the first day, performances in the Art Dance and Show Dance categories took place, and on the next day in the Street Dance, Other Forms and 30+ categories. It was in the latter that representatives of Przemyśl's Koralik 40 plus presented themselves, performing in a spectacular arrangement choreographed by Dorota Pantuła-Ferlejko.

Their dance performances won the hearts of the jurors, among whom were, among others, a choreographer of Italian roots, Jerry Kowalczyk (currently leading about 15 tournament groups at various levels, he can be found as a judge at many tournaments in Poland), Magda Megi Lewkowicz – a long-time member of the NBDS Team from Lublin – finalists of the Mam Talent 2016 program, a dance instructor and choreographer with 14 years of experience; Justyna Kaczmarska-Orawiec – a choreographer and director of fashion shows, professionally associated with the art and event industry for 15 years, and Mateusz "Sobek" Sobecko – a dancer, instructor, choreographer from Silesia, winner of the 8th edition of the program "You Can Dance – Just Dance!".

The Przemyśl band Koralik 40 Plus may have reasons to be happy, because the ladies brought back 1st place from Silesia. On June 25, their performance could be seen as part of the Przemyśl CK Gala.
