There are contractors for the construction of a new school and the creation of a sanatorium in Fredropol

After several months of waiting, announcing subsequent tenders, the authorities of the Fredropol commune finally managed to select contractors for two large investments in this town. Investments that will definitely speed up work on the primary goal of the large project. And that is to become a health resort.

The two large investments mentioned are the construction of a new primary school and the reconstruction of the old educational facility building to meet all the standards of a natural medicine facility, i.e. a sanatorium.

Both projects will be implemented by a consortium of companies from Wiązownica – Piotrowski and Techart for a total amount of PLN 18,239,670. PLN 7,691,190 will be spent on building a new school, PLN 10,548,480 – reconstruction and adaptation of the old building to the needs of the natural medicine facility.

New school

The construction of the new primary school is to be carried out in the "design and build" formula. The functional and utility program, in other words the project of the planned undertaking, is already ready. The entire investment is not only the creation of the school building itself, but also the construction of a sports hall with facilities. The school building is to be connected to the sports hall's changing room facilities by the eastern wing. In the school building, in the western wing of the ground floor, there is to be a kindergarten section with two rooms for children in the age range: 3-4 and 5-6 years...
