Young women give a tribute concert to Daniel Vieira in Alte

The Moçoilas will take to the stage at the Alte Multipurpose Space on September 27th, at 9 pm, to present «Enleio – Concerto para o Daniel Vieira».

The performance, sponsored by the Loulé City Council, with the support of the Parish Council and the Alte Vocational School, pays homage to Daniel Vieira, recognized as a bridge builder between traditional songs and new generations. The initiative aims to highlight the researcher's work promoting the region's cultural identity.

Known for their appreciation of the Algarve's musical heritage, Moçoilas promise an intimate and emotional concert.

"What was missing was... the fair return of the songs to the one who built the bridge with the songs of our grandparents. A captivation that envelops and embraces us. What an honor and joy! A unique moment: in the cradle of the songs we sing," the artists say.

The "Concerto para o Daniel" is more than just a musical performance; it is an act of homage, sharing and collective celebration, deeply connected to tradition and affection.
