Preparation of participants of the project "SVOi Heroi 53" for management activities has begun

Acting Governor of Novgorod Oblast Alexander Dronov launched the project "SVOi Heroi 53", created on the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin. As reported by the regional government, this initiative will be a significant step in training new specialists ready to solve urgent problems for Novgorod Oblast. The program "SVOi Heroi 53" takes into account the needs and provides the necessary knowledge and assistance in building a successful career in the civil service or large enterprises for veterans of the SVO.

" Each participant will receive a personal mentor from the regional management team. Future training is not only theory, but also practical classes and internships aimed at professional and personal growth. I would like to express my gratitude to each participant for their courage, service and desire to participate in the development of the region. I hope that each of them will be able to begin their professional activities by the end of this year ," Alexander Valentinovich commented on the initiative.
