Russian Post: In 2025, small and micro businesses will choose a digital offer 1.5 times more often

According to the company, the vast majority of contracts — over 90% — are executed electronically. The connection procedure is extremely simple, and there is no need to visit a branch: after registering on the official website, the entrepreneur only needs to fill in a few fields in the form. The basic information is loaded automatically, and the account is replenished through the fast payment system, which makes the process even more convenient.

The digital offer provides access to key postal services, including sending and delivering correspondence, parcels and cargo (including forwarding and transportation), transferring cash on delivery, and renting postal cells.

Russian Post provides comprehensive support to small businesses and micro-enterprises, noted the company's First Deputy General Director Maxim Tsypin. He said that the company understands the difficulties entrepreneurs face on the path to stable work, and strives not only to provide high-quality services, but also to minimize any administrative barriers.

A single digital offer agreement for legal entities was introduced in the last quarter of 2023. Thanks to this format, businessmen were able to use the main services of Russian Post without having to sign additional documents.
