Tomorrow the wind will change: Novgorodians have one daylight to experience real summer

Today in Veliky Novgorod the south wind and sun will warm the air to +26, but rain is forecast for the night, the wind will change to the west and tomorrow the air temperature during the day will be the standard +20. Forecasters warn that gusts of wind can reach 18 m/s, however, opinions on the intensity of the upcoming rain vary among different weather sites.

Let's add that last month the precipitation norm was exceeded by 1.5-2 times in almost the entire Novgorod region. Malaya Vishera was in first place - 185 mm. And in the Pestovsky district, only on the last day of June, half of the monthly precipitation norm fell. And June was not so cold - the average monthly temperature was below the climatic norm by only 1 degree.

As reported by the Novgorod Hydrometeorological Center, the only frosts were recorded on June 2 in the south of the region (up to -1°C), and the warmest day was the 16th: the temperature rose to 27°C in Novgorod and Demyansk.
