Two Sochi residents will compete in the European Sambo Championship

Two Sochi sambo wrestlers will compete in the European Championship (under 20 years), which will be held in Cyprus. They are Nikolay Karasev and Bogdan Antonyan . This was reported by the resort administration.

Karasev won a ticket by coming in second at the Russian Championship (18-20 years). He competed in the 58 kg weight category. Let us recall that at the last European Junior Championship, the pupil of the Olympic Reserve Sports School No. 24 in Sochi won silver.

Antonyan earned the right to compete in the European Championship based on the results of the Russian Championship (16-18 years). The representative of the sports school No. 24 Sochi won silver in the weight category over 98 kg.
