Rescuers from Khakassia demonstrated the technology of artificially discharging thunderclouds.
The video shows the forced discharge of clouds by launching a special projectile with a metal conductor through which an electric discharge is directed.
Such operations are typically carried out near airports with high thunderstorm activity or at test sites for research purposes.
