Glass-loaded truck overturned: Teams mobilized for driver

In a traffic accident that occurred on the Ardahan-Göle highway, a glass-loaded truck overturned and its driver was injured. The accident took place on the Göle-Kars highway in the Eskidemirkapı village area.

The truck with the license plate 41 AA 431 overturned on the side of the road after the driver lost control of the steering wheel. Some of the glass load on the truck's trailer spilled onto the road.

Upon notification, AFAD, health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene. The driver, who was reported to be trapped in the vehicle, was rescued by the teams and given first aid at the scene before being taken to Göle State Hospital.

While no official statement has yet been made regarding the driver's health condition, a technical investigation into the accident has been launched.
