Response from Greek press to Turkish professor Afyoncu: We have no intention of attacking

Newsbeast , a news site based in Greece , included Prof. Dr. Afyoncu 's assessments on a Turkish television channel. The report shared Afyoncu's assessment, which quoted a dialogue between him and a Greek soldier, that Turkey has no interest in taking land from Greece, but Ankara has rights in the Aegean Sea.
WHAT DID THE OPIONIST SAY?
Referring to the Rector's statements regarding the need for the two countries to come together and discuss these issues, Afyoncu's following statements were included:
"They are buying frigates from France for 500-600 million euros . Why are you buying them? If a war breaks out with the Republic of Turkey tomorrow, you have no chance of standing with them. But we have no intention of attacking you either. They are selling you weapons for nothing."
It was also reported that Afyoncu drew attention to the fact that Greece, despite having a smaller population than Turkey, allocates a similar level of defense budget and that Greece should not spend at this level in proportion to its population.
