The driver who cut the vehicle turned the area into a war zone: He ripped off his license plate and fled!

A traffic accident that occurred at night in the Beylikdüzü district of Istanbul resulted in a chain collision caused by a car moving in a swerving manner. The incident occurred at around 00:00 in the direction of Büyükçekmece on Hadımköy Yolu Street in Cumhuriyet Neighborhood.

According to information received, a car whose license plate was removed after the accident went out of control while weaving through traffic and crashed into another vehicle with license plate 34 DLK 261. As a result of the collision, both vehicles hit the barriers and fell into the gap at the intersection.

Intervention and Traffic Situation

Health and police teams were dispatched to the scene upon notification. One person who was slightly injured in the accident was taken to hospital by ambulance. There was a short-term traffic jam in the area due to the accident. Traffic returned to normal after the vehicles were removed with the help of a tow truck.

License Plate Removed, Investigation Launched

It was determined that the license plate of the car that caused the accident was removed after the incident. Police teams have launched an investigation to determine the identity of the driver and clarify the cause of the accident.
