1- In our court's file numbered 2025/317, the subject immovable property is in Tokat Province, Central District, Hasanbaba Village, Block 121, Parcel 9 and 97, its owner is Haydar Develi and Ali Develi, 2- In our court's file numbered 2025/318, the subject immovable property is in Tokat Province, Central District, Çay Neighborhood, Block 673, Parcel 1, its owner is Mustafa İnan, 3- In our court's file numbered 2025/319, the subject immovable property is in Tokat Province, Central District, Çay Neighborhood, Block 675, Parcel 35, its owner is Huriye Yurdakul, -The administration that carried out the expropriation is TEDAŞ General Directorate, -The owner may file a lawsuit for annulment of the expropriation process in administrative courts and a lawsuit for correction of material errors in judicial courts within 30 days from the notification or announcement, - It is stated that in the lawsuits to be filed, the hostility should be directed to the General Directorate of TEDAŞ. - If those who file an annulment lawsuit against the expropriation process in the administrative court do not document that they have filed a lawsuit and have received a stay of execution decision within 30 days, the expropriation process will be finalized and the immovable property will be registered in the name of the expropriating administration based on the expropriation fee determined by the court. - It is stated that the expropriation fee determined by the court at the end of the lawsuit will be deposited to the Tokat Vakıflar Bankası on behalf of the title deed owners.-The matters that the defendant must submit all his defenses and evidence regarding the case and the value of the immovable property to the Court in writing within 10 days from the notification are announced in accordance with Article 10 of the Expropriation Law No. 2942, as amended by Law No. 4650, and Articles 28-29-30-31 of the Notification Law No. 7201. 21.08.2025
