He didn't like the lettuce! The guard beat the 15-year-old apprentice

In the Çukurova district of Adana, a night watchman employed by the Seyhan Police Department argued with a market apprentice because he didn't like the lettuce he'd ordered from her. Arriving at the market, KK assaulted 15-year-old A.Ç. A.Ç., who obtained a medical report for the assault, went to the Şehit Rüştü Bayram Police Station with her family and filed a complaint against KK.

A.Ç.'s uncle and the owner of the business, Ramazan Gündeş, described what happened. Gündeş, who said he was a regular customer at KK, said, "I went to get a shave yesterday, and when I came to the shop, my nephew was upset. When I asked him what happened, he told me what happened. He called the shop to order lettuce, and then after my nephew delivered it, he called him again and said he didn't like it and started arguing with my 15-year-old nephew. He started saying things like, 'I'll come over there and beat you up, I'll step on you.' When my nephew fought back, he came into the shop and hit my nephew."

Adana Governor's Office announced that KK was detained and referred to the courthouse.
