Electronics will determine the readiness of Novgorod heat consumers for winter

The company "TK Novgorodskaya" is implementing an electronic system for monitoring consumer readiness for winter. At the moment, in the midst of preparations for the upcoming heating season, repairs and maintenance of engineering systems and equipment are being carried out at all life support facilities of the Novgorod region. The result of such work will be obtaining a passport of readiness for operation in winter conditions. Previously, heat consumers were assessed according to the "ready/not ready" principle. Since 2025, a point system has been introduced, evaluation criteria have been defined, and a readiness index is being calculated.

The new Rules were approved by a special order of the Ministry of Energy. The electronic document management system helps OOO TK Novgorodskaya systematize the process of interaction with housing organizations. It automatically records the receipt of all necessary information. In case of detection of shortcomings, it allows promptly providing feedback on their elimination. Consumers connected to the electronic system can monitor the approval, be aware of the readiness index for each object, since there is no need to calculate it manually, the system does it automatically.

The online platform was developed by the Starorussky enterprise Eldis. OOO TK Novgorodskaya has experience using it to calculate energy consumption, both at its own facilities and at consumers' facilities.
