Two cars collided on the Sultanbeyli TEM Highway

The accident occurred at around 02:15 on the TEM Highway in the direction of Edirne. According to reports, the driver of the car with the license plate 34 HVD 517 lost control of the steering and rear-ended the car with the license plate 34 EFT 223 traveling in the same direction. The car with the license plate 34 EFT 223 was thrown by the force of the impact and overturned. Upon notification from bystanders, firefighters, paramedics, and police teams were dispatched to the scene of the accident. People trapped in the vehicles in the accident were rescued by firefighters. Four people injured in the accident were taken to the hospital by ambulance after paramedics provided first aid at the scene. While a long queue of vehicles formed on the TEM Highway due to the accident, traffic flow returned to normal after the cars involved were removed from the road by tow truck.
