A federal court in New York ordered the arrest of Silem García Peña, former PVEM councilor in Xalapa, Veracruz, for trying to protect the leader of the Church of the Light of the World, Naasón Joaquín García, who is under investigation for leading an ongoing criminal enterprise of sexual abuse.
